In April 2020 we built a large 500m2 commercial carpark for citrus grower Wayne Bradshaw as part of his commercial development on Te Mata Rd.
Purpose built for a new Citrus Shop we constructed a basecourse foundation for the large carpark area which was finished with an asphalt surface laid by another local contractor. This was complemented by concrete edging and kerb and channel.
Adding to the visual aesthetics of this site we built an attractive timber retaining wall around the carpark and entranceway.
As you would expect from an astute client, Mr Bradshaw set high levels of expectation which Topline was happy and very capable of meeting.
