Originally from Malawi, Elaine takes care of timesheets, payroll, and accounts payable. At the start she was sole charge in the office and as a result is considered Topline’s oracle for newcomers! Trustworthy and efficient Elaine is accessible and friendly to staff and visitors alike.
Piripi is Topline’s longest serving employee and his passion and commitment for the business is as strong as ever. He manages staff across multiple sites and is involved in all stages of projects. He has excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials and a professional ease.
With over 20 years in civil contracting Andrew approaches each project methodically. His careful technical aptitude is born out of real-world experience and skills mastered during his successful career. Andrew is Civil Trades certified and has an extensive knowledge of trucks and machinery.
Expert machine operator Dean is one of those industry craftsmen who achieves exceptional results for our clients. A genuine problem solver, Dean examines every strategy available to maximise the life of our finished products. He’s also exceptionally good at fine-tuning difficult jobs that leave others scratching their heads. With Dean as foreman, projects are completed precisely, efficiently and on time.

With a wealth of experience across civil contracting, heavy trades, and building, Harold brings the highest level of quality workmanship and professionalism to the Topline team.
Raewyn is a good example for women looking to a civil contracting career. She loves the industry and has progressed from starting out as a labourer to becoming an experienced operator. Known as Aunty Raewyn, she’s also Topline’s health and safety staff representative.
