Pavement Construction

In February 2020 Topline were engaged by Higgins NOC to undertake highway stabilisation repairs across their network from Motere to Tarawera and as far south as the Takapau plains.‍

This ongoing work involves milling various sized patches, adding a measured amount of cement, blending the cement into the existing pavement and then completing the repair by rolling, watering and grading under the watchful eye of our construction supervisor Shanan Harmer.

We also undertake digout work, slip clearing and asphalt repairs on the network all under the watchful eye of our state highway traffic management crew. Our work has been recognised by local Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency managers and thanks to the skill and professionalism of our specialist construction crew we have achieved consistently high standards of work. As a result we have been rewarded by our client with ongoing additional works.
